Soft copper flat wire for enamelled flat wire conforms to the provisions of GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20 ℃ is ≤ 0.017241 Ω · mm ²/ m. According to different mechanical strength requirements.
Soft aluminum flat wire for enamelled flat wire shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5584.3-2009. Resistivity at 20 ℃ ≤ 0.02801 Ω · mm ²/ m. According to different insulation requirements, thin paint film 0.06-0.11mm or thick paint film 0.12-0.17mm can be used.
The thickness of the self-adhesive layer of the thermally bonded enamelled flat wire is generally 0.03~0.06 mm. Our company uses a dielectric loss meter for monitoring.
